Terms of Use
Effective: 2026-06-12 (beta) · Version: 2026-06-12
Beta notice. Right Click Save is in beta. These are interim terms — short on purpose — and a fuller version, currently under legal review, will replace them.
These terms govern your use of rightclicksave.com and its subdomains (the "Service"), operated by Right Click Save, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("RCS", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Reading is free of terms-acceptance. Anything published on RCS can be read without an account. An account is needed only to participate: posting, commenting, and voting.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Sign-in is a link sent to your email; you're responsible for activity on your account, and should tell us at support@rightclicksave.com if you believe it's been compromised. One person per account — accounts are for people, not bots. Handles must not impersonate a real person or organization; a handle that has belonged to an account is permanently retired when freed, so nobody can impersonate you by claiming it later.
Your content
You own what you write and retain all rights in it. You grant RCS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, publish, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service — this is what lets us lawfully show your posts to readers and keep threads intact. You represent that you have the rights to post what you post.
You can edit comments for 10 minutes and posts for 24 hours after publishing, and delete your own contributions at any time (deleting a thread that has replies leaves a neutral placeholder so others' replies survive). If you delete your account, content you left up remains, attributed to "[deleted]" — see the Privacy Policy for details, and delete anything you want fully gone first.
Acceptable use
You must not: break the law or post content you don't have rights to; harass, threaten, or impersonate others; post spam, scams, or undisclosed paid promotion; probe, scrape abusively, or interfere with the Service or other users' access; access sign-in by automated means or circumvent rate limits, bot checks, or other security measures; or misuse invitation, voting, or reporting systems.
Moderation
We may, but are not obligated to, review, move, or remove content, and may suspend or terminate accounts where we believe these terms or the law have been violated or where necessary to protect the Service or its community. Automated systems screen submissions for abusive content; flagged items are reviewed by people. If you think we got something wrong, email support@rightclicksave.com — a human will look at it.
RCS content
Articles, the RCS Index, and other content we publish are protected by copyright and other rights held by RCS or its licensors. Read, link, and quote with attribution freely; republishing whole works or systematically extracting the Index requires our permission. Copyright complaints: see our Copyright Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It is a beta: features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and we don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently retain any content — keep copies of anything important (settings has an export). Content posted by users or catalogued in the Index reflects its authors and sources, not our endorsement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently: nothing).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts as described above; where reasonable we'll tell you why, and you can appeal to support@rightclicksave.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware — except that you may use your local small-claims court if your claim qualifies, and nothing here limits consumer rights your local law doesn't allow you to waive. These terms contain no arbitration clause; we are not taking your right to court away.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We version them and record which version you accepted; the current version is always available at this page.
